DISCOVERING JOY - a 12-part journey to finding the Joy within.

‘Discovering Joy’ provides a 12 week course that will help you reconnect with the joy and abundance that is hidden deep within.

• Learn that it’s never too late to start fulfilling your dreams.
• Discover your hidden talents.
• Learn to be yourself, rather than what others think you should be.
• Learn to trust your inner voice that says ‘This might work and I’ll try it’.
• Learn how to be the creator of your life experience.

The course begins in early April 2007.

Reiki Courses

During the year we offer certificated Reiki courses at Levels 1, 2 & 3. Our resident Reiki Master, Jane Young, will teach the course and guide you through the experience of learning to use and practice the ancient Japanese healing system of Reiki.

The courses are taught both one-on-one and in small groups.

Retreats

Come and be at Finca Armonia.

Retreats are arranged entirely to suit you as this is your special time!

• Meditate on your terrace or in the tipi.
• Sit and read or chat in peaceful surroundings.
• Choose a book to borrow from the mind, body and spirit library.
• Choose from a range of alternative therapy sessions including Reiki, Kinesiology, Aromatherapy Massage, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage.
• Learn to use the wonderful healing energy of Reiki by receiving an attunement – see Reiki courses above.
• Trips to the beautiful El Torcal national park where the rock formations are amazing, or to the lakes at El Chorro.

As this is a retreat we do not expect you to hire a car unless you wish to. We will collect you from the airport.

Prices depend on how you choose to spend your time but are based on the self-catering prices on the main prices page.
