The rates shown are for accommodation/apartment/day in Euros
Both apartments are self-catering.
Finca Armonia is closed for the winter from 1st November to 1st March.

Finca Armonia is closed for the winter from 1st November to 1st March.
- Prices quoted are for single or double occupancy.
- For more than 2 guests in 'Terrace' there is a small extra charge of 2.00 euros / day for each extra guest.
- Flexible change over days.
- Extras: prices have been kept low and don't include heating or air conditioning as these are not always necessary. It is usually necessary to heat the apartments in March, April and October and air conditioning may be needed in July and August.

- A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required on booking.
- Balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
- Easy payment by credit card via the internet using PayPal or direct bank transfer to a UK bank. Jane will email you an invoice.
- In order to avoid confusion when making a booking, please telephone Jane on 0034 647 583 606 or email
finca-armonia@hotmail.com to check availability. Your booking will be held for 48 hours after the invoice has been sent to allow for receipt of your deposit. The booking will be confirmed by email. - Suitability: I have had visitors in their 80's but if you have concerns about mobility and access please telephone 0034 647 583 606. Wheelchair inaccessible. No guests under 18 years. Pets not allowed.
- Linen: Linen & towels are provided and changed weekly. Please bring your own beach and pool towels.
- A welcome pack of provisions for immediate needs is provided.
- Check in / check out: The apartments cannot normally be occupied before 4pm on your day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Times may be flexible by arrangement. Please feel free to discuss.
- Car hire advisable. Most guests hire a car from the airport as Finca Armonia is easy to find and only 30 minutes drive.
- Airport pick-up/drop-off. If you prefer not to drive you can arrange to be picked up/dropped off at the airport. The transfer cost is €25 each way.
- For those not hiring a car: Trips to El Chorro, El Torcal, Malaga, Mijas Pueblo and other places of interest can be arranged - prices on application. Jane can also arrange trips into Alhaurin el Grande to shop for food or to catch a local bus if you choose to explore in this way.
